Program summary

The FlameSync AI Stewardship founding cohort is a four-week live remote educational program designed to help participants build a practical Personal AI Operating System. The founding cohort price is $400 per participant.

The initial cohort is capped at 8 paid participants and requires at least 6 paid participants to proceed on the published schedule.

Enrollment and cohort confirmation

Enrollment is final only after FlameSync confirms cohort fit, receives the required payment, and sends an enrollment confirmation to the participant's submitted email address.

The cohort date, session times, enrollment deadline, and meeting instructions will be published before paid enrollment opens. The cohort is considered confirmed when FlameSync sends written notice that the minimum six-seat threshold has been met.

If fewer than six paid participants are confirmed by the published enrollment deadline, FlameSync may reschedule the cohort. Each affected participant may choose either to transfer the full payment to the rescheduled cohort or receive a full refund.

Schedule and session format

The program consists of four live remote sessions delivered over approximately four consecutive weeks. Participants are responsible for having a working internet connection, a compatible device, and access to ordinary software identified in the course instructions.

Participant cancellation and refunds before the cohort begins

A participant may request cancellation in writing before the first scheduled live session begins. A timely pre-start cancellation receives a full refund of the cohort fee.

Refunds after the cohort begins

Once the first live session has begun, the cohort fee is generally non-refundable because live instruction, course materials, templates, and the implementation sequence have begun.

FlameSync may, at its discretion, permit a one-time transfer to a later cohort when a participant cannot continue because of a significant scheduling or personal conflict. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be waived.

FlameSync cancellation or material rescheduling

If FlameSync cancels the entire cohort before it begins, each paid participant may choose a full refund or transfer of the full payment to a future cohort.

If FlameSync permanently cancels the cohort after it has begun, participants may choose either a transfer to a future cohort or a proportional refund for live sessions FlameSync did not deliver.

If an individual session must be moved because of instructor illness, technical failure, emergency, or another circumstance outside reasonable control, FlameSync will provide a replacement session or another reasonable method of delivering the missed instructional material.

Missed sessions

Participants are encouraged to attend every live session. Participant absence does not create an automatic right to an individual make-up session or refund.

Written course materials and applicable templates for the missed week will remain available during the cohort access period. FlameSync may provide a brief clarification or group make-up opportunity when practical, but individualized replacement instruction is not guaranteed.

Recording policy

Live cohort sessions are not recorded by default.

If FlameSync proposes to record a session, participants will be informed before recording begins and any required consent will be obtained. Participants may not independently record, livestream, or publish another participant's voice, image, screen, chat messages, artifacts, or personal information without permission.

Student-created materials

Participants retain ownership of the original notes, examples, decisions, workflows, and other original material they create during the course, subject to rights they may already have granted to employers, clients, collaborators, or third parties.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any material they bring into their own course work.

FlameSync course materials and licence

FlameSync retains its rights in the course curriculum, slides, templates, examples, written explanations, branding, methods, and other FlameSync-created materials.

Paid participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use provided course materials for their own learning and internal personal or business workflows.

Course materials may not be resold, republished, uploaded as a competing course, distributed as a template library, or shared publicly in substantial part without written permission. This restriction does not prevent participants from using the skills, concepts, or participant-created artifacts they develop during the course in their own work.

Confidentiality and group participation

The cohort is an educational group environment and is not a confidential client-service workspace.

Participants should not disclose confidential client archives, proprietary source repositories, trade secrets, privileged communications, regulated records, or other information they are not authorized to share. Fictional, sanitized, or appropriately redacted examples should be used whenever practical.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not redistribute another participant's personal stories, examples, screens, artifacts, or identifying information without permission.

AI and privacy boundary

Participants must not place prohibited or sensitive information into an AI system, class chat, shared screen, course form, or shared course artifact merely to complete an exercise.

Do not submit or display passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, private cryptographic keys, payment-card information, Social Security numbers or equivalent identity records, protected health information, children's data, unredacted biometric information, classified or export-controlled material, production credentials, privileged legal material, or confidential client archives unless a separate authorized environment and written instruction expressly permits it.

Participants remain responsible for reviewing the privacy, retention, training, and data-use settings of any third-party AI tool they choose to use.

Completion

The program is designed around eight practical artifacts and a capstone implementation review. A participant is considered to have completed the founding cohort when the participant:

• participates in at least three of the four live sessions or completes an approved equivalent for an excused absence;
• completes or submits the eight required course artifacts in substantially usable form; and
• completes the final capstone review or written completion check specified for the cohort.

FlameSync may identify an artifact as needing revision before marking the program complete. Completion reflects participation in this educational program; it does not establish professional competence, regulatory compliance, or independent certification.

No degree, academic credit, licence, or professional certification

The FlameSync AI Stewardship cohort is an independent educational program. It is not an accredited college or university program and does not award academic credit, a degree, professional licensure, regulatory approval, or an industry certification issued by an independent accrediting body.

Any completion acknowledgment issued by FlameSync means only that the participant satisfied FlameSync's stated course-completion requirements.

Support included with the founding cohort

The $400 founding cohort includes the four scheduled live sessions, provided course materials, ordinary questions during scheduled class time, and reasonable clarification related to required course artifacts during the four-week cohort period.

FlameSync also provides a limited post-cohort clarification window of 14 calendar days after the final scheduled session for questions directly related to the participant's course artifacts or implementation plan.

The cohort does not include unlimited consulting, project rescue, custom software development, confidential archive review, legal or compliance analysis, technical auditing, implementation of participant systems, or ongoing support after the stated clarification window unless separately agreed.

Participant conduct

Participants must interact respectfully and must not harass, threaten, discriminate against, deliberately disrupt, impersonate, dox, expose confidential information about, or interfere with the participation of another person.

FlameSync may warn, mute, remove, or deny further participation to a participant whose conduct materially disrupts the cohort, threatens safety or privacy, violates these terms, or repeatedly interferes with instruction. A warning may be omitted where immediate removal is reasonably necessary to protect participants, systems, or confidential information.

Removal for material participant misconduct after the cohort has begun does not automatically create a right to a refund. FlameSync will consider the circumstances and any non-waivable legal rights that apply.

Educational and outcome boundaries

The cohort teaches practical stewardship, documentation, privacy awareness, prompting workflows, evidence habits, and continuity methods. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, cybersecurity, regulatory, scientific peer-review, or other licensed professional advice.

FlameSync does not guarantee business results, employment outcomes, revenue, regulatory compliance, model accuracy, error-free AI output, or any particular result from applying the course methods.

Third-party services

The cohort may reference or use third-party meeting, payment, productivity, or AI services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. FlameSync does not control third-party outages, account decisions, model changes, or platform availability.

Relationship to the website terms and privacy notice

These cohort terms supplement the general Website and Service Terms and Privacy Notice.

If a cohort-specific provision and a general website provision directly conflict regarding the AI Stewardship cohort, these cohort terms control for the cohort unless a later written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Changes before enrollment

FlameSync may revise these operational terms before a participant pays for a cohort. The version presented or linked at the time of enrollment governs that enrollment unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

Acceptance

By completing payment for the AI Stewardship founding cohort after being directed to the enrollment path, the participant confirms that they have had an opportunity to review these Cohort Terms and the Privacy Notice and agrees to the applicable version presented at enrollment.
